This notice explains how personal information may be processed when you visit senseismile.com or contact Sensei Smile International.

1. Who is responsible?

The website is maintained personally by Tomasz Kuszewicz (Poland), under the name Sensei Smile International. Contact: senseismile.international@gmail.com. This is a personal website, not an online shop.

2. Information processed

If you email or message me, I may receive your name, contact details, the content of your message and any information you choose to share. This website does not provide a contact form or accept online payments. Website hosting may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, timestamps and request logs, for delivery and security.

3. Purposes and legal bases

I use correspondence data to respond to enquiries, discuss possible seminars and training, and maintain related communication. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis under the GDPR may be taking steps at your request before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical logs may be processed for security and website operation on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Recipients and external services

Technical data may be processed by the website hosting provider. If you choose to contact me through WhatsApp, Messenger or social networks, the relevant platform processes data under its own privacy terms. Email services also process messages in connection with delivery and storage. Such services may process information outside the European Economic Area, subject to their applicable safeguards.

5. Retention

Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain related correspondence, or meet applicable legal requirements. Hosting log retention depends on the hosting provider's settings and policies.

6. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive data portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), at uodo.gov.pl. To make a request, email the address above.

7. Voluntary contact

Contacting me is voluntary. However, without an email address or other reply channel, I may not be able to respond.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated if the website's functionality, hosting or data processing changes.
